Weekend Hallway Project

by katie
Okay, so I decided that I was going to tackle a little decorating in my hallway this past weekend. I never really knew what to put on the walls because the spaces are pretty awkward, but then I had a bunch of ideas all at once. I don’t think that it will stay this way for long. I always move things around at one point or another when I get bored.

On one wall, I hung a small wreath I recently made from coffee filters. I’ve been wanting to make one of these for a while and I finally got the time to do so. Curious on how to make one? Check out my Mini Coffee Filter Wreath tutorial for the low down.

This Sail Away print is one I made and is available for download for free when you subscribe to my newsletter. If you prefer a different color, just contact me and I can see what I can do. 🙂

This wall would probably be my favorite because the most time has gone into it. I printed out some black and white photos of my daughter. I tried to say current when I chose them. I DIYed some old canvas prints I had. I will probably show you a before and after of them in another post some time soon.

I love this quote. I thought it fit in with the Sail Away print pretty well.

This print took the longest. The arrows are actually cut out of the canvas.

Stay in the loop!

Looks cute! I never know how to decorate my hall either. They're such awkward spaces, but I love what you did with it.

Just lovely Kate. I have a wall space next to my internal stairs that needs a redo. You've given me some inspiration. Thanks so much for linking up to Thriving on Thursdays. Hope to see you this Thursday!
