When you’re busy, it’s hard to find the time to exercise and I am plenty guilty of this. I’ll work out here and there but can never really work in a workout. 😉 For those of you needing an extra boost, here are some great fitness apps I’ve been using and love.
These apps have been great for me because they have offered on-the-go tips, work outs and reminders. Because exercising is so important, it’s worth giving a try, right?
This app works with so many other fitness apps to make it easier for you to keep track of your workouts, food intake and more.
This app came installed on my Galaxy S6 and I love everything about it. I automatically counts the amount of steps I take and notifies me when I’ve reached my goal. It also does the same for when I run and calculates the amount of calories burned. I don’t think it syncs with the My Fitness Pal app, but it gives me exact step count and total minutes which makes it easy to enter the information in.
I like this app because it offers many different workouts including cardio and yoga. You can even create your own custom workout to suit you. It offers workouts in as little as 5 minutes so there’s no excuse not to have time. It even offers reminders. The downside to this app is that it doesn’t give you a number of calories burned.
I started using this app after SworkIt Lite and I like it a little bit more because it has more options. They’re both great, I just feel like this may be my go-to. Like SworkIt, it offers reminders and the ability to create your own workouts.
Whether you’re an avid exerciser or someone wanting to get into it more and don’t have the motivation, these apps are great tools.
Other great fitness apps I’ve heard of but haven’t tried:
- Google Fit
- Runtastic Running & Fitness
Thanks for stopping by!
