Tip #1 Catch-alls
By simply placing a basket or bin in high-traffic areas, you can corral all the clutter that would normally end up throughout your home. This includes mail. Why have it pile up on your counter or table when you can have an organizer or bin to store it in? Check out my A Realistic Decluttering Rountine post for more inspiration!
Tip #2 5 Minute Clean
Spend 5 minutes a day cleaning the toilet and sink or cleaning out the fridge of old food. Spending just 5 minutes a day doing something small around the house will help you in the long run on days when you’re set to dust, vacuum, the whole nine yards.

Tip #3 Invest in the Small Things
Sometimes, the simplest of things can help out the most. First, start by investing in a good doormat. This one not only has a classic, yet modern text on it, but is made of natural coir to really clean the bottom of your shoes. By updating your doormat, it will help the amount of dirt and debris brought into your home. Investing in a robot vacuum cleaner will help keep dust, dirt and pet hair off of your floor while you tackle your daily life. This one has great reviews and costs less than $200.
Thanks for stopping by for this week’s Tip Tuesday and for these few quick cleaning tips. As you can see, a little goes a long way. These tips will not only help you on your full cleaning days, but will also help you out on days when you just don’t feel like doing anything at all.
