Processing and Shipping
Processing times vary and change often. Please refer to the main MLP Shop page for up-to-date processing notices. Once your order ships, it will move from the status “Processing” to “Shipped” or “In Transit”. You will then be able to track your package. We ship to the entire U.S. Once the package is in transit, shipping delays and/or missing packages are out of our control.
We understand that delays happen during transit and are willing to help track the package as long as the buyer contacts USPS first. After contacting USPS, please contact us so that we can work with you to file a claim if necessary. There are specific regulations for filing a claim, so we want to ensure that we do everything properly.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held responsible for missing/undelivered returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
Shipping Times & Tracking
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. All products will be shipped with a tracking number.
Digital files are delivered instantly after payment is received. There are no refunds for digital products.
