Returns and Refunds

To return an item, you must contact the shop at theorganizeddream{at}gmail{dot}com within 7 days of purchase. The email must include proof of purchase, the reason why a return is requested and images of the item. The item must be shipped back and “In Transit” within 10 days if the return request is approved. Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges due to the nature of the items in our shop.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Any defects with the item purchased must be from manufacturing and not implemented by the buyer.

Returns will not be considered for…

  • Notebooks or products with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned (i.e. “In Transit”) more than 10 days after delivery.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads cannot be returned after purchase and refunds will not be given.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned. Refunds will only be given if there are defects with the item (not including through the shipping process).
  • Items bought through a sale will not be able to be returned. All sales are final.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This includes a copy of the confirmation email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Time frames for refunds vary based on the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at theorganizeddream{at}gmail{dot}com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned and no refund will be given.

Exchanges

We do not replace items. If you need to return an item, send us an email at theorganizeddream{at}gmail{dot}com and send your item to: **** only after the return is approved.

Shipping Refunds

There are no refunds for shipping costs for returned items. Any refunds given for returned merchandise will not include return shipping costs. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information.
