This is a quick and simple recipe than can easily be done as a weekday meal. With some simple ingredients, you can have the taste of lasagna in as little at 30 minutes.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 lb. Hamburg
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 12 Lasagna Noodles
- 1 Jar Pasta Sauce, divided
What To Do:
Start by boiling water and cooking noodles according to package directions. Heat oven to 400F degrees. Brown hamburg in a large skillet and drain. Portion half of the pasta sauce into the meat and heat through. Drain pasta and let cool. Place lasagna noodles on a cutting board or counter. Place hamburg/sauce mixture on to each noodle from end to end. Top with cheese then roll. Place rolled stuffed noodles in baking dish. Once all noodles are done and placed in pan, cover with remaining sauce and remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
