Our store is operated using the e-commerce platform, Woocommerce. They provide us with the ability to sell our products and services to you.
Does my WooCommerce site retain customers’ credit card information?
No. By design, customer’s credit card number and security code are never stored on our website. They design their payment gateway plugins to ensure credit card data never enters or passes through our website’s database.
We offer our credit card services through Stripe and PayPal for a safe and easy transaction process.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Changes to This Policy/Disclosure
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To return an item, you must contact the shop at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase. The email must include proof of purchase, the reason why a return is requested and images of the item. The item must be shipped back and “In Transit” within 10 days if the return request is approved. Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges due to the nature of the items in our shop.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Any defects with the item purchased must be from manufacturing and not implemented by the buyer.
Returns will not be considered for…
- Notebooks or products with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned (i.e. “In Transit”) more than 10 days after delivery.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital downloads cannot be returned after purchase and refunds will not be given.
- Personalized items cannot be returned. Refunds will only be given if there are defects with the item (not including through the shipping process).
- Items bought through a sale will not be able to be returned. All sales are final.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This includes a copy of the confirmation email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Time frames for refunds vary based on the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned and no refund will be given.
We do not replace items. If you need to return an item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your back to the shipping address only after the return is approved.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing times vary and change often. Please refer to individual products for processing notices. Once your order ships, it will move from the status “Processing” to “Shipped” or “In Transit”. You will then be able to track your package. We ship to the entire U.S. Once the package is in transit, shipping delays and/or missing packages are out of our control.
We understand that delays happen during transit and are willing to help track the package as long as the buyer contacts USPS first. After contacting USPS, please contact us so that we can work with you to file a claim if necessary. There are specific regulations for filing a claim, so we want to ensure that we do everything properly.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held responsible for missing/undelivered returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
Shipping Times & Tracking
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. All products will be shipped with a tracking number.
Digital files are delivered instantly after payment is received and will be available under the “Your Downloads” section of your account page. There are no refunds for digital products because they are available instantly after purchase.
