Every year, I like to get a little something for my daughter’s teacher as a thank you. Every time, it’s something different. Last year it was a reusable tumbler that came with a lid and straw and filled it with chocolates and a Dunkin’ Donuts gift card. This year, I thought that we’d get a little more creative!
This idea came to mind when I was in the store looking at cups and thought of how great it would be to decorate one. There are so many ways to do it, but I left it up to my daughter and she designed it. This was a super simple craft that didn’t take long and didn’t cost a lot.
What you’ll need:
- Plain Coffee Mug
- Paint Pen
First, start off with cleaning the mug and making sure it’s dry and then choose which color you would like to use. I had a gold and a black. My daughter chose gold. Then, simply decorate the mug and let dry!
Quick Note: Make sure the the mug is hand washed!
