I’ve made this recipe every once in a while for a few years now. There’s nothing like a bowl full of pasta and mixing some fresh vegetables in creates just the right amount of crisp and color. Add chicken and you have a great dish your family will love!
Cook pasta according to directions. Over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken, pepper and onion. Add your seasonings. Fry until chicken is cooked through and peppers and onions are tender.
Delicious Chicken & Pasta
What You’ll Need:
- 2 Cups of Pasta (Your Choice!)
- 2 teaspoons of Canola Oil
- 1 lb. Chicken Cut into 1″ Pieces
- 1 Green Pepper Cut into 1″ Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
Cook pasta according to directions. Over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken, pepper and onion. Add your seasonings. Fry until chicken is done and veggies are tender. Add tomatoes. DO NOT drain juice. Break tomatoes into chucks with your spatula or spoon. Bring to a boil then simmer to reduce liquid. Add pasta and heat through. Garnish with Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes.
Pairs well with a salad and bread sticks.
