When it comes to Easter morning, I try to make a breakfast that has a little bit of a “Wow!” factor to it. I don’t go all Martha Stewart or anything, but a little extra goes a long way!
Last year (and probably the year before, too) I did the cinnamon roll bunnies. They’re so easy and fast to make that they are really a go-to, but if you have a little bit of extra time, these ideas are awesome!
- Cute Cinnamon Bun Bunnies
- Bunny Butt Pancakes
- Pancake Peeps
- Scambled Egg Bunny Bowls
- Easter Breakfast Pops
- Funfetti Breakfast Muffins
- Peeps Breakfast Pizza
- Fruit Kabobs
- Fruit Flower Pancakes
- Hardboiled Egg Bunnies
These are all pretty simple ideas that can be done on Easter morning. This, of course, depends on how busy your Easter actually is. For us, we simply hang out and relax in the morning so spending time in the kitchen making something special is a must. My daughter is getting older now and it just makes sense to make holiday mornings a little special and memorable.
What’s your favorite? I do have to say that the pancake flowers and pizza look pretty good! Let me know if the comments!

I’m doing okay cooking dinners for each evening, but breakfast is my difficult meal to come up with varied ideas for. – Margy
