Today, I have a great list of superfoods to share with you that will give you the best nutrition. Get this! You don’t have to shop at those expensive health food stores! Everything on this list you can find at your local grocery store!

Below are the superfoods and some of their benefits. Some of these we eat all the time without even thinking about it! Along with this list is a free shopping list printable so you can keep track of what you need.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 T. Peanut Butter
1 Frozen Sliced Banana
1 1/2 t. Unsweetened Powdered Cocoa
Cost: $.75 per serving
Peanut Butter & Strawberry Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Dry Oats (Cooked)
1 T. Peanut Butter
1/1 Cup Sliced Strawberries
Toss With 1 t. Sugar
Cost: $2.30 per serving
Southwestern Chicken Pita Pocket
1/2 Cup Diced Rotisserie Chicken Breast
1/5 Diced Avocado
2 T. Salsa
1/4 Cup Baby Spinach Leaves
Whole-Wheat Pita Pocket
Serve with one medium orange.

Edamame-Peanut Rice Bowl
1/2 Cup Brown Rice (Cooked)
1/2 Cup Cooked Edamame
1/4 Cup Shredded Red Cabbage
1/4 Cup Shredded Carrots
1 Sliced Scallion

*Mix & Drizzle On Top*
1 T. Peanut Butter

2 t. Lime Juice

Tomato Zucchini Penne
1/2 Cup Grated Zucchini
Saute in 1 t. Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Canned Tomatoes
1 Cup Canned Chickpeas
2 oz. Whole-Wheat Penne Pasta
1 Pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 t. Dried Basil

Salmon Tacos With Citrus Slaw
2 6″ Corn Tortillas
2 oz. Boneless Canned Salmon
1/5 Sliced Avocado
Topped with 1 Cup Shredded Red Cabbage
Tossed with 2 t. Orange Juice
1/2 t. Lime Zest
1 t. Rice Vinegar
1 Pinch Sugar
1 T. Chopped Cilantro
Serve with 1.2 Cup Edamame
Cost: $2.72 per serving
