A Simple Homemade Facial Mask Recipe

Ever feel completely run down? Yeah, I think we’ve all been there, right? Sometimes, the simple things are what matters most so once the kids are in bed and the house has quieted for the night, why not treat yourself to a homemade facial mask to rejuvenate and restore your skin while relaxing in a tub for the night. Grab a glass of wine, your favorite bubble bath and this awesome recipe for an amazing mask with simple things found right in your home!

This can be used twice a week before you go to bed or 2 hours before you put your makeup on before you go out. This can also be applied to your neck arms and legs and can be saved for the week so you don`t have to make it every time by just simply putting it in a container and putting it in the fridge. 


1. Half cup purified water. 
2. Instant oatmeal. (ready to cook.) 
3. Two spoons of organic honey. 
4. 1 tbsp. of cinnamon powder. 
5. Milk. 
6. Papaya soap. (optional) 


Put the water in a microwave and heat it for two minutes. Mix all of the ingredients to make a paste. Test the temperature first, then apply to your face. Leave it on for thirty minutes to one hour. 

Wash it off with water and papaya soap (Lux beauty soap does wonders! It`s cheap but really good; if you don`t have any of the soaps I`ve just mentioned, you can use whatever soap you have.)
