For a lot of us, we’re stuck inside. One of the downfalls of being quarantined is the lack of mobility and exercise. With these 15 free workout programs, you’ll be up on your feet and getting motivated to stay in shape and healthy while being on lockdown.


While Peloton is typically for spin classes, they’re now extending their free trial from 30 days to 90 days until April 30th. You can choose from Yoga, strength training, cardio and outdoor exercises which include running coaching. After the 90-day trial, the price per month is only $12.99.

Nike Training Club

When you download the Nike Training Club app, you’ll instantly have access to 185 workouts which include yoga, cardio, full equipment workouts and more. You’ll also receive expert tips from the Nike Master Trainers. Typially, this app costs $14.99. They haven’t announced the end of the free offer. It’s a great deal!

Planet Fitness

With the gyms closed, Planet Fitness is offering 20-minute workouts they’re calling “Home Work-Ins” on their Facebook page for nonmembers and members alike.

Barry’s Bootcamp

Join Barry’s Bootcamp on Instagram for 20-minute versions of his signature cardio and strength training classes. There’s 3 workouts posted per day and announced the day before through stories. Follow @barrys so you’ll never miss a workout!

Corepower Yoga

While their classes in person usually run at $26 each, the country’s largest yoga studio chain is offering free online classes while their studios are closed. They’ll be posting new classes each week including mediation sessions.

Gold’s Amp

Gold’s gym is offering free access to their premium app through May 31st. You’ll have access to over 600 workouts for indoors and outside including cardio, strength, core, stretching and more.


This site offers tons of free workout videos and programs for any skill level such as HIIT, cardio, strength and more.

Fitbit Premium

With their 90-day trial offer, you can gain access to their premium workouts from fitness brands such as HIIT, POPSUGAR, Yoga Studio, Barre3 and more.

Daily Burn

With a Groupon coupon, you can score a 60-day membership to Daily Burn. They offer 2,000 workouts in a variety of different choices such as yoga, strength, cardio and more.

Active by POPSUGAR

Active by POPSUGAR is offering a free subscription to their variety of workouts for all skill levels.


Join Beachbody OnDemand with their 14-day free trial and gain instant access to workouts, meal plans and recipes, personal coaches and fitness and nutrition experts. After 14 days, you’ll be charged their quarterly premium of $39. If you don’t want to join their OnDemand service, you can still try free workouts. All you have to do is sign up. There’s no credit card information needed.

Boho Beautiful

Stream free yoga classes and mediation practices from Boho Beautiful on YouTube.


Gympass is a digital wellness resource that’s offering 60 days free to access nutritional programs, virtual workouts and mental health support.

Fit Body App With Anna Victoria

Fitness influencer Anna Victoria is offering a free five-week trial of her Fit Body app by using the coupon code DAJEITALIA. She offers HIIT workouts you can do in your living room. It also includes stretching and foam rolling to help in recovery.

Club Pilates On Demand

With just your body weight, a mat and minimal equipment such as dumbbells, you can complete 15-minute workouts with the Club Pilates On Demand. Take advantage of their 7-day free trail and get access to over 200 workout programs.

I think switching up your exercise routine is great. It’s definitely a way to avoid getting bored with it. I prefer running, but it’s hard to keep social distancing at my favorite running spot so home workouts it is! lol I hope the weather clears up for you so that you can go hiking again!
