While Peloton is typically for spin classes, theyβre now extending their free trial from 30 days to 90 days until April 30th. You can choose from Yoga, strength training, cardio and outdoor exercises which include running coaching. After the 90-day trial, the price per month is only $12.99.
Nike Training Club
When you download the Nike Training Club app, youβll instantly have access to 185 workouts which include yoga, cardio, full equipment workouts and more. Youβll also receive expert tips from the Nike Master Trainers. Typially, this app costs $14.99. They havenβt announced the end of the free offer. Itβs a great deal!
Planet Fitness
With the gyms closed, Planet Fitness is offering 20-minute workouts theyβre calling βHome Work-Insβ on their Facebook page for nonmembers and members alike.
Barryβs Bootcamp
Join Barryβs Bootcamp on Instagram for 20-minute versions of his signature cardio and strength training classes. Thereβs 3 workouts posted per day and announced the day before through stories. Follow @barrys so youβll never miss a workout!

Corepower Yoga
While their classes in person usually run at $26 each, the countryβs largest yoga studio chain is offering free online classes while their studios are closed. Theyβll be posting new classes each week including mediation sessions.
Goldβs Amp
Goldβs gym is offering free access to their premium app through May 31st. Youβll have access to over 600 workouts for indoors and outside including cardio, strength, core, stretching and more.
Fitblender
This site offers tons of free workout videos and programs for any skill level such as HIIT, cardio, strength and more.
Fitbit Premium

Daily Burn

Active by POPSUGAR is offering a free subscription to their variety of workouts for all skill levels.
Beachbody
Join Beachbody OnDemand with their 14-day free trial and gain instant access to workouts, meal plans and recipes, personal coaches and fitness and nutrition experts. After 14 days, youβll be charged their quarterly premium of $39. If you donβt want to join their OnDemand service, you can still try free workouts. All you have to do is sign up. I think switching up your exercise routine is great. It’s definitely a way to avoid getting bored with it. I prefer running, but it’s hard to keep social distancing at my favorite running spot so home workouts it is! lol I hope the weather clears up for you so that you can go hiking again!
Tone it up is another! Great app with 15-45 minute workouts from hiit to strength training, yoga and meditation. Itβs my fave!
